I design and build full game systems, from RPG mechanics to dialogue and combat, focused on making them feel good to play.
I am a 21-year-old game designer based in Barcelona, Spain, who loves turning ideas of any kind into clean, polished, and, most importantly, fun gameplay experiences! My main engine is
GameMaker Studio 2, but I also have experience in Unity!
I've been working as a game designer for the past five years while I finish my Computer Science degree. Although I don't have any released games on the market yet, I've worked with several indie teams through freelance commissions, which has helped me improve my skills and gain valuable experience.
My main goal is to grow within the game industry, work on exciting and meaningful projects, keep learning from talented developers along the way, and hopefully launch my own project.
A Demo of a classic RPG inspired by Nintendo DS and GBA games, such as Mario & Luigi.
It features cutscenes, dialogues, Z-axis movement in a 2D game, smooth character movement, and way more!
Soon: RPG Battle System
A Ludum Dare 59 GameJam entry, which ranked 372nd overall. Developed in less than 72 hours alongside my cousin, this project challenged us to design mechanics where players find correct frequencies to defeat enemies. A great exercise in rapid prototyping, team communication, and version control.
A small roguelike prototype where you and your enemies share the same action pool. Features turn-based combat, smart enemy behaviour depending on their stats and actions chosen, and good gameplay flow.
A small platformer prototype featuring smooth character movement, environment interaction, dialogues, melee combat with a couple of enemies, and good visuals.
The classic Mastermind game made in GMS2 in less than 3 days.
I am currently open to freelance opportunities, exciting game jams, and joining indie teams. Whether you need a game designer to create your games or polish your mechanics, I'd love to hear from you.
